Subscription and Connection Help

Find help by the step you're on, from your account and client to your order. Select a category to jump to the relevant section, then expand a question to see how to resolve it. If you haven't imported your subscription yet, start with the setup guide. If you're connected but a particular service isn't working, follow the troubleshooting steps below.

Account & Subscription

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Sign in to the user panel and follow the on-screen instructions to enter your username and password. Store your login details in a trusted password manager. Your username and password are for accessing your account; your subscription link is for loading routes in a client. They serve different purposes, so don't use the subscription link as your login credentials. Since account creation doesn't require an email address, don't assume you can reset your password by email. If you have trouble signing in, use the recovery options and instructions actually shown in the panel. When using a shared device, sign out afterward, don't let the browser save your password, and don't post screenshots of your account page in public forums.

Where can I find my subscription link, and how do I update the route list?

Sign in to the user panel, open your account overview, and copy the subscription link as directed. Then import it through the subscription or configuration management section of your client. If you've already imported it, you can usually update the existing subscription entry instead of adding the same link again. After updating, check that the client reports no errors and that the route list appears as expected. If the update fails, check your local network, make sure the link is complete, and confirm your plan status in the account. There is no single automatic update interval that applies to every client; use the settings available in your client. Don't paste your link into public online conversion tools. Use the options currently available in the user panel to retrieve or reset it.

Do I need to choose a new plan when I switch devices?

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time. To switch devices, sign in to your existing account on the new device, get a client for that platform, and import your subscription as instructed in the panel. You don't need to choose another plan just because you're changing devices. Supported platforms: Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Device limits and data allowances are different things: unlimited devices doesn't mean unlimited data. When using multiple devices, keep an eye on the remaining data and plan status shown in your account. When you stop using an old device, remove the local subscription and sign out. Import options vary between clients; following the guide for your platform can make setup issues easier to spot than copying an entire old configuration.

What should I do if my subscription link is exposed or shared in the wrong place?

Treat your subscription link like account credentials: anyone who obtains it may be able to use it to retrieve your subscription configuration. If you accidentally share it in a group chat, public repository, or screenshot, remove the public content first. Then sign in to the user panel, check whether a subscription reset option is available, and follow the instructions. After resetting, replace the old link and update the configuration in each device's client; changing the name of a route alone isn't enough. If you can't find a reset option, open a support ticket in the panel, explain what happened, and ask for help. Don't expose the full link again in ticket attachments. You can share the client's error message and a redacted screenshot instead. If your account password was also exposed, change it too.

Connections & Troubleshooting

I've imported my subscription but still can't connect. What should I check first?

Disconnect the client first, then make sure your device's local network can reach commonly used websites. Sign in to the panel and check your plan status and remaining data. Next, update the subscription and make sure the client has selected a valid configuration and a specific route—not an empty group or a deleted entry. When testing other routes, change just one setting at a time so you can tell whether the issue is with your local network, configuration, or route. If other proxy tools are running on the device, close them to prevent conflicts with system proxy or virtual network settings. If you still can't connect, note the exact error, platform, client connection mode, and circumstances, then submit a support ticket. Don't just report that it doesn't work without mentioning what you've already tried.

Why can I browse the web but not use a proxy in a particular app?

A working browser doesn't mean every app follows the same proxy settings. Some apps use the system proxy, while others handle network connections themselves. Rule-based mode may also send the target domain through a direct connection. First, check whether the client has enabled the relevant system proxy or virtual network mode. Then review the app's access logs and see which rules matched. Don't delete all your rules just to troubleshoot. If you understand what a setting does, you can adjust the relevant one temporarily; note its original value so you can restore it. The app's account region, service permissions, or network policies may also affect access. If the client provides logs, share only the relevant error details—not logs containing credentials or the full subscription link.

How do I reconnect after my computer sleeps or switches networks?

After waking from sleep, switching Wi-Fi networks, or changing network interfaces, the client may still show its previous connection status even though the underlying connection has failed. First, make sure the new network works. Then disconnect and reconnect in the client. If the route list won't load properly, update the subscription and try again. If the connection still doesn't recover, quit and restart the client, then check that the system proxy points to the client currently running. Avoid repeatedly changing protocol settings; network switching issues aren't necessarily protocol-related. If the same problem happens every time the device wakes, note the platform, connection mode, and network conditions before and after the switch for your support ticket. Redact account details from any screenshots you share.

How can I confirm the connection is working, and what should I include in a support ticket?

A connected status in the client is only a starting point. Try opening the service you want to use, and check your current egress information on our IP check page. Interpret the result in light of your client mode and access rules; a single region label doesn't prove that every app is using the proxy. In your ticket, include your device platform, client mode, selected route name, target service, exact error message, and the steps you've already tried. If only one app is affected, say whether other services work normally. You can attach a redacted screenshot, but don't share your password, full subscription link, or sensitive payment details. Clear details help avoid back-and-forth and distinguish connection issues from platform restrictions.

Speed & Routes

Videos buffer during peak hours. How should I troubleshoot?

First, check whether buffering happens on just one video platform. Then see if your device is downloading files, syncing cloud content, or running other network-intensive tasks at the same time. Pause those tasks and compare routes under the same viewing conditions, keeping the video quality and local network unchanged so you can make a fair comparison. If multiple services are slow, check your Wi-Fi signal or try a more stable local connection. If only one platform is affected, its cache, account region, or service status may be a factor. Peak-hour performance depends on your local network, cross-border route, and destination service—not just the latency shown in the client. If the issue keeps happening, submit a support ticket with details about when and how it occurs.

How do I choose between IEPL, a relayed route, and a direct route?

IEPL, relayed routes, and direct routes describe different ways network traffic is routed; they aren't a fixed speed ranking for every use case. Before choosing a route, check which regions the target service supports. Then pick an appropriate option from the list in your client and judge it by actual web browsing, video playback, or file transfer. A route labeled dedicated doesn't guarantee access to a particular platform, and direct doesn't necessarily mean faster in every situation. For a fair comparison, keep your local network and target content the same, and don't change the connection mode at the same time. Use the routes currently available in your panel and client to make your choice. See the nodes page for more on route types, or the streaming guide for region-related streaming issues.

Does broad coverage mean every route can access every streaming service?

Coverage includes 90+ countries and 230+ routes, but those numbers don't mean every route has the same access to every platform. Streaming services may consider your exit IP, account region, content licensing, and payment region. A route in a particular region also doesn't guarantee access to every title available there. Before choosing a route, check which regions offer the title you want and make sure your account complies with the platform's rules. If you see a proxy or region error, keep the exact message and consult the streaming guide for steps based on the issue. Avoid rapidly switching regions and repeatedly signing in, which can make troubleshooting more complicated. For help with a specific issue, include the platform, title, and selected route—not just that you can't watch.

Why are downloads and AI tools slow even when route latency is low?

Latency usually reflects how quickly part of a connection responds. It doesn't directly measure sustained transfer capacity or include the time a destination website takes to process a request. Download speeds also depend on the file source, your local network, and the cross-border route. AI tool response times may be affected by service queues, account permissions, and the content of your request. First compare how different websites perform on the same route, then test the same destination using other suitable regional routes. If a page loads normally but a generated response takes a long time, check the platform's status and error messages instead of assuming the route is disconnected. Avoid repeatedly submitting the same request while troubleshooting. Recording exactly where the problem occurs is more useful than sharing a latency figure alone.

Billing & Refunds

How much do monthly plans and data packages cost?

Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB · ¥18/month for 250GB · ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packages: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. Data packages remain valid until used and never expire. First decide whether you need a monthly plan or a data-based package, then check the relevant details on the plans page. Never expiring doesn't mean a data package includes unlimited data. Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date; data packages are consumed as you use them. These are the listed options—don't use them to estimate prices or discounts for other billing periods. Choose a plan and manage orders in the user panel. Before paying, check the order name, amount, and billing method.

When does monthly plan data reset, and how is a mid-cycle upgrade calculated?

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is prorated over the remaining days. Check the data balance and plan status shown in your user panel; the reset date isn't the start of the calendar month for every account. Before upgrading, read the order details in the panel and verify your current plan, the plan you're switching to, and the amount due. Don't estimate the final order total by subtracting two listed prices, or assume an upgrade adds bonus data or restarts the full billing period. If the order details don't match your expectations, save the order number and on-screen information, then ask through a support ticket. Data packages remain valid until used and never expire; this is separate from how monthly plans work.

Which payment methods are supported, and what should I do if my order hasn't updated after payment?

We support Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Before paying, check your order details in the user panel and follow the instructions shown by the selected payment option. Refer to the payment page for steps specific to each method; don't modify payment details based on assumptions. If you've paid but your plan status hasn't updated, return to the original order and check its status and whether the payment page shows the payment as complete. Don't pay again without checking. If you still have questions, submit a support ticket with your order number, payment method, and a redacted screenshot of the payment result. Never share your payment password or account credentials, and don't treat payment instructions from outside a support ticket as part of an order from this site. If something goes wrong during payment, keep the original message so the order and payment status can be checked.

What is the refund policy, and where can I request a refund?

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. To request one, sign in to the user panel, open a support ticket, explain that you'd like a refund, and include the relevant order number. See the Terms of Service for the full conditions. Refund requests and connection troubleshooting are separate issues. State clearly in your ticket which one you need help with to avoid misunderstandings. Keep your order details and ticket replies, and provide any additional information requested in the panel. Don't post full payment details in public comments or include passwords or subscription links with your refund request. Refund status depends on the information in your order and support ticket; this page doesn't promise a processing time or additional compensation. If you can't sign in to the panel, check the sign-in instructions and use the account support option actually shown on the page.
