Guides · From account to connection
VPN Subscription Import Guide.
Follow the steps in order to set up your account, choose a plan, get your subscription, and configure your client. Confirm that the connection works at the end. If you have already completed a step, skip ahead using the contents.
Create an account and save your login details
Use the “Start Free” option below to open the user panel at the site root, then enter a username and password on the account creation page. VPNKJ does not require an email address; you’ll use this username and password to sign in to the panel. Choose a username that’s easy to recognize but doesn’t reveal sensitive personal information. Use a unique password and save it in a trusted password manager.
Before submitting, check that your username and password meet the page requirements. If your browser autofills login details from another site, clear them before entering your information to avoid confusing accounts later. If the username is unavailable or a field doesn’t meet the format requirements, adjust that field as prompted; there’s no need to open another page. After creating your account, make sure the user panel opens. If you’re taken to a login screen, sign in with the username and password you saved.
Opening the panel doesn’t mean you already have an active plan. First, locate the account overview, plans, and client sections, then continue. Use the account to manage orders, subscriptions, and support tickets; use the client to connect to the network. They serve different purposes. If you switch devices later, sign in to the same account to get your subscription instead of creating a new account for each device.
Choose a plan and review your order
Once your account is ready, open the plans page in the panel and decide whether you need ongoing or occasional access. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Choose based on your expected usage. Messaging, web browsing, and video streaming use different amounts of data, so don’t choose by price alone or confuse a plan’s data allowance with connection speed. For a detailed comparison, read the plan pricing and billing guide before returning to the panel.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the day your subscription starts, not on the first day of the calendar month. If you plan to upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days; check the details shown in the panel. You can also choose a data package: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Data remains available until used and never expires. These products work differently, so check whether you selected a monthly subscription or a data package before confirming your order.
After choosing a plan, check the plan name, price, and data allowance on the order confirmation page, then pay using an option provided in the panel. VPNKJ supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT; available options depend on the current order page. After paying, return to the user panel and check that the order is complete and the corresponding plan status appears in your account overview. Don’t assume your subscription is active just because you closed the payment page or were redirected by your browser.
If the panel hasn’t updated after payment, refresh the order or account overview to check its status. Don’t submit the same order again right away. To get help, open a support ticket in the panel with your order details. Redact any personal information on payment records that isn’t relevant to the issue. All plans support unlimited simultaneous devices, and the refund policy is 7 days for any reason. See the Terms of Service for the applicable conditions.
Get your subscription and keep the link secure
Once you’ve confirmed your plan status, open your account overview and look for subscription details, a copy-subscription option, or an import-to-client option. A subscription link isn’t a regular informational webpage; it gives your client the address it needs to retrieve route settings. Get your link from your own signed-in panel. Don’t use substitute links shared in chat groups or on unfamiliar websites.
If the panel offers a one-click import option for your client, make sure the client is installed before using it. Your browser may ask for permission to open the app; this is part of handing off the configuration. Continue only if the destination app is correct. If the client isn’t installed or your system doesn’t recognize the import action, copy the subscription link and paste it into the client’s import-from-link option in the next step. This makes it easier to verify the process.
Don’t paste the link into public chats, search boxes, online conversion tools, or screenshots after copying it. If you need to store it temporarily, use a private, trusted location. The example below is a fictitious teaching value to show what a link looks like. It won’t connect and cannot replace your personal subscription in the panel.
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
If no routes appear after updating the client, copy the link again from the panel. Check that it wasn’t pasted with extra spaces or line breaks, and that the end wasn’t cut off. Don’t try to fix it by editing the link. If you think it has been exposed, check whether the panel offers a reset option. If you can’t find one, contact support through a ticket. After a reset, you’ll usually need to import the new link on your devices; don’t rely on the old configuration as your only way to connect.
Import a client for your platform
Once you have your subscription, open the client section in the user panel and find the download and setup instructions for your device. VPNKJ supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Start from the panel to get a client; available downloads and access requirements depend on what the panel currently shows. This guide doesn’t provide direct installer links, and you don’t need to search for software with a matching name.
Use a network client that can read subscription settings, not a browser extension or a tool that accepts only a single server address. Prefer the client and instructions provided in the panel. If the panel recommends a companion app for your platform, follow its guidance. When importing, choose the option that matches the format provided by the panel. Don’t convert the subscription format yourself or enter your account password in the subscription address field.
Windows: Add a remote subscription
Choose the Windows client in the panel and follow the installation instructions. Open the app, then find the configuration or subscription page. Choose an option such as Add Subscription, Import from Link, or Remote Configuration, and paste your personal subscription link into the address field. If you’re asked to name the configuration, choose a label that’s easy to recognize. It’s only a local label and won’t change your plan or routes. Save it, update the configuration, and wait for the route list to appear. Then set this configuration as the one in use.
Desktop clients may offer system proxy or other connection modes. For first-time use, follow the client’s default instructions to enable the system proxy, then test it in your browser. If a mode requires additional permissions, read the prompt before enabling it. Don’t enable the system proxy in another network client at the same time, as the settings may conflict. For now, complete the import; the verification section explains how to check your exit IP and destination website.
macOS: Check the active configuration after importing
Find the macOS client and setup instructions in the panel. Open the app and go to configuration or subscription management. Choose an option to add a configuration by URL, paste your subscription link, and save it. Then use the update or refresh option to load the routes. If a one-click import from your browser has already sent the configuration to the client, still open the configuration page to make sure the new entry is there and selected. Otherwise, you might still be using an older saved configuration.
macOS may ask for permission when you enable the system proxy, a network extension, or a related connection feature. Make sure the prompt is from the client you just installed, then follow the system instructions. A menu bar icon only means the app is running; it doesn’t confirm that traffic is using the selected route. Check both the connection switch and the active configuration. If macOS shows a security warning, follow the panel’s instructions. Don’t disable unrelated system protections to dismiss it.
Android: Add a link from the subscription menu
Choose the Android client in the panel and install it as instructed. In the app, look for configuration, subscription, or add options. Select Import from Link, paste your personal subscription URL, then save and update it. Some apps open a configuration list first and ask you to select the active configuration. Once the route names appear, make sure the newly imported subscription is selected, then return to the connection screen. If the pasted content is treated as plain text instead of a link, copy the full address again and retry.
When you connect for the first time, Android usually shows a system VPN permission prompt. Check the app name and allow the request. Battery-saving settings may interrupt background connections. If the connection stops when you switch apps, check the device’s battery management instructions for the client’s background permissions. First verify that the connection works, then adjust settings as needed; you don’t have to change every system option during import.
iOS: Import and authorize as instructed in the panel
Check the panel for instructions on getting the iOS client, then follow the link or steps provided. After installing it, return to the panel and use the matching one-click import option, or open the app and find subscription management, Add Configuration, or Import from URL. Paste your personal subscription link there. Getting apps on iOS may differ from desktop platforms; don’t try to install packages for other platforms on your device.
After saving and updating the subscription, select the active configuration and route. The first time you connect, you may need to allow the addition of a VPN configuration; confirm when prompted by the system. Even after the system shows a connection indicator, check your exit IP and test a website. If one-click import only opens the app without adding a configuration, import the link manually and check that a new item appears in the subscription list. Avoid clicking import repeatedly, which can create multiple configurations that are hard to tell apart.
Connect to a route and verify it works
Return to the client’s connection screen, choose a location from the current subscription’s route list, and switch the connection on. VPNKJ covers 90+ countries / 230+ routes; the options available to you depend on your current subscription. For your first test, stick with one route. Don’t change the location, connection mode, and app settings all at once, or it’ll be hard to tell what caused a problem.
Once the client shows a connection, open the IP lookup page to check your current exit IP. You can check it before and after connecting to see whether it changed. IP geolocation is based on lookup data and may not match the location label of a route, so treat it as one clue rather than definitive proof. Then open the website you want to use and check that it loads, you can sign in, and you can continue using it.
If your browser works but an app still won’t connect, check whether the connection mode covers that app. In rule-based mode, some traffic may connect directly, so an unchanged exit IP doesn’t necessarily mean the client has stopped working altogether. Don’t clear your subscription just to test it. First check the active configuration, route, and system proxy, then follow the client’s instructions to see how it handles app traffic. If you’re on public Wi-Fi, complete any network sign-in first, then try connecting.
Using AI tools or streaming platforms involves two separate things: your network connection and your account’s access rights. Regional rules, account eligibility, billing region, or service status can all affect the result. Changing routes doesn’t automatically change your account’s region or guarantee access to all content on every platform. For AI-related use, see the ChatGPT connection guide. The streaming guide covers region checks, video quality, and common errors; detailed troubleshooting is outside the scope of this page.
If it still doesn’t work, check these in order: plan status, whether the subscription updated successfully, whether the right configuration is selected, and whether connection permissions are enabled. Then try another route. If you need help through a support ticket, include your device platform, the error shown in the client, the service you’re trying to access, and the checks you’ve already tried. Hide your subscription link and login details in screenshots; support doesn’t need your full subscription link to diagnose the issue.
Once you’ve verified the connection, keep the configuration that you know works. If routes change later, update the subscription in the client; you don’t need to create an account again or enter route details manually. On a new device, repeat the process: sign in to the panel, get your subscription, import it into the client, and verify the connection. Unlimited devices can be online at once, but keep your personal subscription secure.
