Privacy Policy

This policy explains how VPNKJ processes data through its website, user panel and network acceleration subscription service, including the scope, purposes and methods involved. Third-party payment services have separate privacy policies; please review them before use.

Account Data and Processing Purposes

VPNKJ does not require an email address; an account can be created with a username and password. An email address is not required to open an account, and this service does not make providing one a condition of use. When an account is created, the username and password credentials used to verify identity are processed for login, account identification and access management. Password credentials should not be stored in plain text.

Order records include the selected plan, order amount, payment status, transaction identifier and subscription status. They are used to provide subscriptions, verify payments, process refunds and resolve billing disputes. Traffic usage and reset status support plan allowance management and are not used to infer what users access.

When a support ticket is submitted, this service processes the issue description and attachments provided by the user. Please include only information needed for troubleshooting. Before sending screenshots, conceal sensitive details such as passwords, subscription links and payment credentials.

No-Logs Practices and Connection Data

This service follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit through network acceleration connections, retain browsing content, destination URLs or DNS query history, or create records that can be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity.

When a connection is established, the system temporarily processes the connection state needed to forward data and maintain the session. This state is used only for the active connection and is not retained as connection history; it is released when the connection ends. Account traffic metering retains only usage summaries needed to manage allowances and does not include access destinations.

Operational troubleshooting relies on route status and service error information. Access destinations and communications content should not be written to diagnostic records. A no-logs policy does not mean that no data is processed by the website, account or payment systems; the purposes for each are described in this policy.

Analytics and Browser Storage

Website analytics help assess page visits, referral categories and entry-point clicks, and check whether pages work properly and are easy to use. Analytics are limited to pages on this site and are not used to record browsing activity within accelerated connections. Account passwords and complete subscription links should not be sent as analytics events.

Cookies may be used for essential session identification and analytics. Local storage is used to retain login status and interface preferences such as language. Login credentials allow the user panel to validate requests. After logging out or clearing site storage, users may need to log in again.

Users can restrict cookies or clear local storage in their browser settings. Some restrictions may affect login and saved preferences. Clearing browser data deletes information on the local device only; it does not also delete account or order records on the server.

Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing

This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant payment service. Users should verify payment details and review the applicable privacy policy. This service receives the transaction result and identifier needed to provide the subscription and does not ask users for their payment account password.

Transaction identifiers may be used to match orders with payments. USDT transfer records may be visible on a public ledger. When choosing a payment method, consider the information visibility of both the payment service and the ledger.

Data is not sold or rented. Where service collaboration is necessary or a valid legal request must be addressed, only data required for the relevant purpose is provided, with processing limited in scope. Information users submit directly to a third party is subject to that party's policy.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account data is retained for as long as needed to maintain the account and provide subscriptions. Order and refund records are retained for as long as needed to complete transactions, handle disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. Support tickets and analytics are retained for as long as needed to address issues or complete analysis. Once the purpose is fulfilled, data should be deleted or de-identified; there is no blanket policy of indefinite retention.

Users can request access to, correction of or deletion of account-related data through the user panel support ticket. This service will verify account ownership and explain what can be handled. Records that must be retained to complete transactions or meet legal obligations will be accompanied by an explanation. Deleting an account affects subscription access, so please confirm any relevant order matters first.

Policy Updates and Feedback

If processing purposes, data scope or user rights change, this page and its last-updated month will be revised. Important changes affecting account use will be announced on the website or user panel. Where separate consent is required, an explanation will be provided as part of the relevant action.

Questions about privacy practices can be submitted through a user panel support ticket. See the Terms of Service for rules on account and transaction use.
